A piece of pottery from Redondo, Alentejo, where patterns of flowers, branches and birds are revealed through the delicacy of the scratching technique. Applied on raw clay, this technique allows the colour of the raw material to stand out after glazing. Green and yellow are traditional colours of the region's pottery.
